Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how InnoProSol (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit a form on it. This website is a native PHP site with no content-management system and no database of its own – the only information we hold is what you choose to give us, plus limited, consent-gated analytics described below.
Information you provide to us
We collect information you choose to submit through the Consultation form or the Careers form – for example your name, company, email address, phone number, and, for career applications, your resume file. There are no user accounts.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager (GTM), to understand how visitors use this site – for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and what device or browser they used. This is aggregated, statistical information; we do not use it to identify you personally. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* on your device and may process data on servers outside your country, in line with Google’s own privacy practices (see policies.google.com/privacy).
Analytics is off by default. It only runs if you accept it through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings dialog, and you can withdraw that consent at any time – see our Cookie Policy for how.
How we use your information
Information submitted through our forms is emailed to our team over authenticated SMTP so we can respond to your enquiry or application. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not store it in a database – resume files are kept only as long as needed to review the application, in a location that is not publicly accessible. Analytics data is used only to understand and improve how the site performs.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) our email/SMTP provider, solely to deliver form submissions to us; and (b) Google, solely for the Analytics processing described above, and only if you have consented. We do not share it with any other third party.
Cookies
This site sets a strictly necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID) used to protect the Consultation and Careers forms against cross-site request forgery, and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device. See our Cookie Policy for full detail and how to change your choice.
How long we keep information
Form submissions and resumes are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or evaluate your application, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google according to the retention settings on our Analytics account and Google’s own policies.
Email delivery
Form submissions are sent using PHPMailer over authenticated SMTP – we never use PHP’s built-in mail() function. Credentials for the SMTP account are kept out of the codebase and are not accessible to visitors.
Security
Forms are protected with CSRF tokens, a honeypot field, and rate limiting. Resume uploads are checked against a strict file-type and size allowlist before being accepted, and are never served directly to the public.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time via Cookie Settings. To exercise any of these rights, email info@innoprosol.com.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business visitors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
