InnoProSol started in Thirthahalli, in Karnataka's Malnad region, built on the conviction that world-class technology talent doesn't need to sit in a major tech hub. We set out to build a multidisciplinary team that could deliver global-standard products while opening up real opportunities for talent from rural India.
Team
A multidisciplinary team.
Today, InnoProSol's team spans product, business analysis, UI/UX, frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, AI/ML, quality assurance, DevOps, architecture, delivery management and customer success.
That range is intentional. Product Engineering means moving fluidly between strategy, design and engineering – so we built the team from day one to work that way, instead of passing work between separate departments.
